High Pressure Test Pumps

SLD's specialist pump ranges continue with SLD pressure test pump range which includes a range of water pumps suitable for medium and high pressure testing and line filling applications.

We have a wide range of pressure test pumps available including SLD's air operated range of Blagdon pump units and SLD specialist range of high head pumps.

These pressure test pump units are suitable for water mains filling, large bore pipes and pipeline pigging & testing. SLD high pressure test pumps are ideally suited for hydrostatic pipe testing, testing of heat exchangers, production vessels and process pipe work. SLD High Pressure test pump engines can be fitted with Spark Arrestors & Chalwyn valves and some trailer units carry up to 60 metres of ½" HP delivery hose stowed on a hose reel.

SLD technicians will advise on specific pressure testing applications and provide back up support for your project.

Equipment Range

Within SLD's Pressure Test Pump Range, a variety of flow and pressure test pump combinations are available throughout SLD UK depot network.

Medium Pressure Test Pump Range

• Blagdon Air Pump Range, 0 to 6 BAR pressure, flows to 50 GPM

High Pressure Test Pump Range

• Flexian Fill & Test Pump Range: 0 to 12 BAR pressure, flows to 12 GPM filling to 3 GPM testing
• Pressure Jetting Pump Range: 0 to 265 BAR pressure, flows to 12 GPM.
• Specialist High Head Pump Range: 0 to 14 BAR pressure, flows to 2500 GPM
